Program Fees

You agree to be financially responsible for full payment of all participation fees and abide by the Registration Agreement and Terms and Conditions as set forth in the registration application. 


Our chief goal is for you and your child to have an outstanding experience. If we fail to deliver the i9 Sports Experience as outlined when you registered, we ask that you notify the local i9 Sports Program Director of your issue/concern in writing as soon as possible so that we may have the opportunity to satisfy you. 

You further understand that while we aspire to accommodate everyone who wants to join our programs, we will not reserve a place for any child on a schedule or team until full payment has been received.

Questions and inquiries regarding order fulfillment, refunds, exchanges and the replacement of damaged/defective merchandise are handled by the i9 Sports Customer Service Center Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am EST and 5:30 pm EST via:

Most items ship within 3 days. However, shirts are printed on demand and may take up to 2 weeks from the date of order.


You may return new, unworn, unused merchandise that is in its original condition for a full refund of the amount originally charged to your credit card within 30 days of receipt. Return the item(s) to the address below and indicate if the return is for a refund, exchange or replacement of merchandise. Please include a copy of your packing slip or the original order number.
