Program Fees

You agree to be financially responsible for full payment of all participation fees and abide by the Registration Agreement and Terms and Conditions as set forth in the registration application. 


Our chief goal is for you and your child to have an outstanding experience. If we fail to deliver the i9 Sports Experience as outlined when you registered, we ask that you notify the local i9 Sports Program Director of your issue/concern in writing as soon as possible so that we may have the opportunity to satisfy you. 

You further understand that while we aspire to accommodate everyone who wants to join our programs, we will not reserve a place for any child on a schedule or team until full payment has been received. 

Customer Service

Questions and inquiries regarding order fulfillment, refunds, exchanges and the replacement of damaged/defective merchandise are handled by the i9 Sports Customer Service Center Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am ET and 5:00 pm ET via:

Orders ship within 3 business days. Order status and tracking updates can be found by selecting “Merchandise Order History” from the “My Account” tab.


From time to time, i9 Sports may offer special customer promotions.  When using a promotional code on our website, please note that promotions cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Offers are taken off the full price of items. If the promotion is BOGO, limited one per transaction and the discount is taken off the lowest full price item that qualifies.   Offers are valid on in-stock merchandise items only and cannot be applied to other fees, such as registration fees.  The promotional code must be entered at checkout for an offer to be applied.  Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.  i9 Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
