i9 SPORTS VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM!

i9 Sports® is excited to bring you Volleyball! i9 Sports Volleyball is played indoors or outdoors in a 4 v 4 or 6 v 6 format. Boasting small team sizes so that your child gets the maximum touches on the ball. This game is designed to keep kids moving, engaged and learning new skills. With modified court sizes and rules, the i9 Sports format is the perfect way to teach kids ages 7 - 14 the fundamentals of volleyball while developing their hand-eye coordination, agility, and overall athletic skills. And best of all, it comes with all the benefits you’ve come to expect from i9 Sports: fun, safety, and emphasis on good sportsmanship.

Program Details

7 Week Schedule - Including an opening day and playoffs.
This is an indoor program played on a court
Everybody plays. Every game!
There are No Tryouts, No Drafts, and No Fundraisers!
Teams are organized in divisions based on the age of the child. Depending on age group and format, teams range from 5 to 9 children on the roster.
Practices are conveniently held on game day - just prior to the game.
For ages 7 – 10, the first two weeks are practice and game play is introduced on week 3. For 11+ ages, the first week is practice and game play is introduced on week 2.

i9 Sports Tank – Included in Registration Fee
Shorts or Sweatpants – Provided by Parent (Required)
Sneakers– Provided by Parent (Required)
Mouth Guard – Provided by Parent (Optional)
Knee Pads – Provided by Parent (Optional)
Elbow Pads – Provided by Parent (Optional)
Volleyballs – Provided for Use

Coaches & Referees: All coaches and referees are i9 Sports Certified and undergo a background check. All coaches are volunteer level coaches.

Coaching is both rewarding and fun! If you are interested in learning more about coaching with i9 Sports, please visit the “Become A Coach” page of the website or sign up during the registration process.

Staff
There will be an i9 Sports Site Manager as well as an i9 Sports Volleyball Coordinator on site to assist in programming details and support to players and coaches. These staff members undergo a background check.

Awards: Each week one child from each team will be awarded an i9 Sports Sportsmanship Medal for demonstrating the value for that week. All children will receive an i9 Sports Participation Award at the end of the season.
