Program Fee:

If you pay by 1/4/2019:	$129.00
If you pay by 2/1/2019:	$139.00
If you pay by 3/1/2019:	$149.00
If you pay after 3/1/2019:	$164.00

A Multi Child Discount of $5.00 is automatically applied for additional children after initial registration in the same season (clinics excluded).

7 Week Schedule
Everybody plays. Every game!
There are No Tryouts, No Drafts, No Fundraisers, and No Mandatory Volunteering!
Teams organized in divisions based on age of the child. Teams consist of 5-6 players.
Practices are conveniently held on game day - just prior to the game.

Equipment

An official i9 Sports® Reversible Lacrosse Jersey is provided and included in your fee
Players must provide their own stick
Players may wear shorts or sweatpants (No pockets or belt loops)
Rubber cleats or sneakers (No metal spikes)
Mouth guards are required at all times during play
Protective cups are recommended (but not required) for male participants

Final Schedules - Will be finalized when rosters are finalized. You will then receive an email with your team # or name, coach and practice/game times.

Age groupings are tentative. We reserve the right to alter the
age groups based on the final enrollment numbers.

Registration/Refund Policy: After the final deadline, any remaining available positions will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If you registered after the deadline, you may still make buddy or coach requests but they are no longer guaranteed. There will be no refunds after the deadline. If for any reason your child can no longer participate, we can transfer your child’s registration to another sport or season.

Want To Coach? Great! Simply fill out the volunteer information during the registration process. You may also become a Certified i9 Sports coach by clicking VOLUNTEER and enter your information to the i9 Sports staff. This will enable us to complete a background check. Once submitted and approved, the i9 staff will apply your information to a team roster where needed or by your request.

Awards: Each week one child from each team will be awarded an i9 Sports Sportsmanship Medal for demonstrating the value for that week. All children will receive an i9 Sports Participation Trophy at the end of the season.

Coaches & Referees: All coaches and referees are i9 Sports Certified and background checked.

Inclement Weather: There is one weather make-up date built into the schedule. If we lose a weekend of games due to weather, we will make them up on this date. Any additional weather cancellations may not be made up. We will do the very best we can, but can not control the weather! Because of all of the costs built into the leagues, we can not issue refunds for missed dates due to weather.

Games are played: Outdoors
Equipment Sold At Field: Mouth Guards will be sold at the field for just $5
Restrooms: Port-o-lets on premises
Seating: Please bring a chair as there are no bleachers/seating at this location
Blackout Dates: There will be no games on Sunday - 4/21/19 and Sunday - 5/26/19
