Interested in coaching but not sure you're qualified? Don't worry; being a coach is not as difficult as you may think. Your willingness to question your own knowledge shows that you possess one of the key elements for success. You care enough about others to honestly evaluate yourself. This sign of good character combined with the right resources of knowledge will enable you to provide your team with a great experience.
Once you’ve completed the online volunteer application, which includes consenting to a background check, you’ll need to agree to uphold the conduct standards of the i9 Sports Coaches Pledge.
Now that you know what it takes to be an i9 Sports Coach, you’re ready to watch a brief video and online exam (15 minutes).
Approximately 1-2 weeks before the season, you’ll be notified (by email or phone) to attend the pre-season Coaches Meeting.
Our i9 Sports staff will provide you with your team roster, share important season information, and answer your questions to ensure that everyone has a great i9 Sports Experience!
Just complete the Online Volunteer Application, and you’ll have immediate access to great online coaching tools including: i9 Sports Coaching Guides, Playcards & Drills, and Rulebooks.
