    Q: When do the kids have practice?

    A: We understand everyone has busy schedules during the week. That's why we provide practice facilities at the field an hour before the game. Parents love this one day a week committment and kids enjoy practicing, then immediately implementing what they learned.

    Q: Who should volunteer to coach?

    A: All parents are encouraged to consider volunteering as a coach. We provide you with all the training and materials you need to succeed. Some of our resources include a flag football playbook and a pre-season coaches meeting. Our website features a coaches corner offering virtual practice drills. We make this a memorable experience (the i9 Experience) for everyone involved. Please contact us at 210-764-3888 to volunteer or for more information.

    Q: How much playing time will my child receive?

    A: i9 Sports programs emphasize fundamentals, participation, and fun. We offer equal playing time for all participants, which is communicated to all coaches.

    Q: How do I register?

    A: Three Easy Ways to Register: 1) Online: Online registration with credit card payment (http://www.i9sports.com/). 2) Phone: Call the i9 Sports League Office at 210-764-3888. 3) In-Person: Check out the "Meet Us in Person" section on the website for upcoming registration dates near you.

    Q: What is the refund policy?
     


    A:

    LEAGUES: Refunds or credits are available up to the last registration fee deadline less a $25 administrative fee. After last registration fee deadline, only a credit is available less a $25 administrative fee. Once the date of the Opening Day has arrived, no refunds or credits will be available. Also, please be mindful we do our best to meet your special requests, but a refund will not be available if we are unable to meet your request.


    CAMPS / CLINICS: No refunds. Only credits are available before the last registration fee deadline less a $25 administrative fee. Camp dates & venues are subject to change, but are not subject to refunds. In this case, i9 Sports will offer to move your child to a different week or venue or provide a full credit with no administration fee assessed.
