PROGRAM FEES: You agree to be financially responsible for all payments of the participation fee and forfeit fees and ensure that all rules are followed.

All deposits and league, tournament, camp, clinic, event, and registration fees are non-refundable. You further understand that any/all registrants will not be put on the schedule and will forfeit all fees paid in the event fees are not paid in full (21) days prior to the start of the event.

MERCHANDISE:   If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from http://www.i9sports.com/, you may return the item within (7) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% re-stocking fee.  The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (when possible) to insure full credit.  Any custom products (i.e. Custom Uniforms) or altered products are NOT returnable.
